Estimated processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time once shipped will depend on the shipping method you choose. I ship all packages with USPS.
Route Shipping Protection is available for all purchases, located above the shipping method at checkout. Purchasing this protection will ensure that lost and damaged parcels can be reimbursed or replaced! If you choose to decline this coverage, please note that you are choosing to decline reimbursement or replacement in the event your parcel is damaged or lost by USPS or stolen after delivery.
If your order is moving slowly or seems to be missing in transit, please contact USPS for assistance. While USPS is in control of the parcel, they are who to contact to assist with delivery issues.
If your tracking number is marked as delivered but you have not received your package, follow these directions:
- Check the shipping address on your order
- Check with neighbors and anyone else in the household
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number and let them know that you have not received your package. Ask them to verify the GPS coordinates on the delivery scan. Please note, USPS online or their 1-800 number will not be able to help you with this - it has to be your local depot.
- If your parcel is still missing after the above steps, click here to file a claim with USPS.
- If you believe that your package was stolen, be sure to file a police report.
International orders are all shipped via USPS first class - unfortunately, tracking is not available. Generally, orders arrive within 14 business days of shipping, but times may vary depending on location.
Please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs and import charges and taxes on their purchases.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations for any NON-custom orders.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
