Mocktail of the Month: Dirty Dry Martini

Mocktail of the Month: Dirty Dry Martini

DRY DIRTY MARTINI

N/A Dry Dirty Martini in Viski Glass garnished with garlic stuffed Olive by LeeMo Designs in Bend, Oregon
1.5oz Tanqueray 0.0 Gin
1.5oz Roots Divino Aperitif Bianco
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp (or 2) Olive Brine
2 Dashes All The Bitters Orange Bitters
Olives for garnish
Lemon peel for garnish

Combine ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Stir and strain the liquid into a chilled cocktail glass. Express lemon peel on top and garnish with peel and olive(s).

I haven't loved the other martini recipes I've tried, but *this* hit the spot. I may even go make another since it sounds so delicious as I write this.
